I was speaking at a conference this week in Kansas City and got a question about where higher ed faculty might start to get up to speed on AI. After recommending John Warner's More Than Words and a few of my favorite blogs, I said that José Antonio Bowen and C. Edward Watson's book, Teaching with AI, was probably still the best option for practical advice about AI, at least in book form.
I took a quick look this morning to confirm, and I stand by that recommendation. I had a lot to say about Teaching with AI when it came out last summer, and
did me the honor of cross-posting my review on .While much has changed in ten months, I think the guidance in the book and my critique hold up.
